enterprises with digital skills, innovation capacity, and ethical values to thrive in the modern, connected world.<\/p>\n<p>At CED, we believe that\u00a0<em>true development is holistic<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 it integrates\u00a0<strong>technology, environment, community empowerment, and values-based inclusion<\/strong>.
